As I become still and attentive, I become aware of all the sounds around me, close and in the distance. I feel the temperature of the air on my skin. My body presses towards the earth and I notice my pulse. I notice sensation in the palms of my hands and now in the soles of my feet as I notice a penetrating silence beneath all sounds and activity.

There is an awareness of the body being fully supported. There is an awareness of the heart beating. There is an awareness of the form of this physical body. Feeling the substance of the body, it begins to loosen and let go. The limbs become limp and relaxed. All the organs mold to the cradle of the ribs and pelvis and begin to slow down. The heart beat slows down. The breath slows. Every inhalation draws in prana, every exhalation fills the auric field with vibrant life force. Every inhalation draws in serenity, every exhalation releases peace. The body becomes lighter, softer, more and more translucent, a shimmering spectacle of light particles and magnetic fields. Serenity and safe keeping permeates the atmosphere. Many benevolent presences offer service to highest consciousness, assisting in releasing, opening and balancing.

Legions of invisible helpers assist in the awakening of the true self. Every external and internal sound, every bodily sensation actually assists in the deepening of inner peace and tranquility. Every event assists in the awakening of consciousness. The body's intelligence regulates all functions and continuously balances itself, effortlessly creating homeostasis, optimum functioning. The body naturally receives pure prana. The skin perceives temperature. The ears perceive sound vibrations. All sounds, all rhythms awaken consciousness, all frequencies support alertness and presence to the moment. The eyeballs sink deeply into the sockets. The muscles around the eyes release, elongate and relax. The eyeballs take on the most efficient shape for seeing perfectly.

The imprint of what cosmic harmony feels like is stored in every cell of the body. This inner program is fully adequate to oversee the personality. The body heals itself as needed. The personality is in alignment with the needs of the body, and is also fully adequate to meet all tasks and functions. The heart, being relaxed and open, is the governing brain through which reality is perceived and expressed. It is relaxing to remember that consciousness is brilliant and permeates all things, every thing being in the right place at the right time. Everything is orchestrated for the evolution of consciousness, always moving, expanding, self realizing. The equality and uniqueness of every aspect of the cosmic whole is recognized and honored.

True intelligence expands continuously and eternally. Learning is natural. True information is assimilated easily. What needs to be known is known whenever needed. The mind is uncluttered, available for use. Imagination is rich. All is varying frequencies of light. The body, being light, absorbs and emanates light. The twelve strands of DNA rebundle and activate, stabilizing refined, liberating light frequencies. Memory of the Mer Ka Ba activates it to spin, as it is designed to.

Memories are clear and intact. Dreams are lucid and easily recalled. Awareness slides effortlessly into a unified field of consciousness. Relationships with all family members are respectful, loving, genuine, openhearted, honest, nurturing and deeply satisfying. Surrendering to what IS cultivates complete trust. Bureaucratic rules and paperwork are navigated effortlessly. All personnel related to bureaucratic, corporate procedures are understanding, helpful people who also love freedom and peace. All connections to the corporate systems are made through warm hearted, caring, helpful people and are completed with ease and good will, for they too long for true connection and are also awakening to what is real and nurturing. Right livelihood is rewarding and prosperous. All is perceived with awakened seeing, the inner eye is clear and accurate.

The body absorbs nutrients and digests efficiently. The lungs slowly inhale and exhale, continuously pumping invigorating prana through the heart into the auric field. The body knows what stretching and strengthening positions it requires for optimum functionality, and performs them spontaneously and effortlessly. The mind filters all media, all frequencies, all messages in all forms, opening only to what is true. The heart beats rhythmically. Relaxing in a sea of love and abundance, it is natural to receive True assistance, which is continually offered, and gratefully accepted and received. All needs are easily met. Confirmation of endless love delightfully surprises in unexpected ways. The true self, by nature, is united with the cosmos. Life is simple, uncomplicated, nurturing, gracious. Caring for what is real and eternal, beautiful and tender is primary. Polarity consciousness gives way to unity consciousness.

Life is simple, low maintenance. Listening carefully, moving slowly, and being present in each moment, each movement, life reveals what is worth living for. Physical needs are easily met. The body thrives on prana. Purpose is clear. Dreams are lucid. Awakening is joyful. Heart brims and overflows with gratitude. True companions of destiny meet. The personality is sweet and wild and thankful for every small event. All those regarded as "culprits" are restored, awakened to true intelligence, which guides their way of being and doing.

Calling upon vast legions of invisible helpers frees them to assist in awakening consciousness in form. The true source of all help and gifts is from the cosmos. All beings naturally recognize the love, help and nourishment that is continuously offered. Mistaken seed phrases and mistaken images arising in consciousness are swiftly and efficiently dismantled, dissolved, dismissed, deprogrammed completely. With the help of the inner Sage and invisible helpers, the true self is freed and brought to maturation. The uniqueness of every member of the cosmic family finds expression and develops continuously.

Communities coalesce, merge, come together in a spirit of sharing, devotion to true love and celebrating life. The members have awakened to their true nature. The powers of nature converge upon, within and around, in all directions, to increase and enhance beneficial energies of grace for the awakening of all beings. The body and mind fully operate and function as designed. The body thrives on prana, eating solid foods solely for the pleasure of it.

All humans utilize an inherent capacity to remember, and in doing so, remember they create everything! Regardless of appearances, all live in harmony with Cosmic order. All beings consciously create the reality they choose to explore.

Awareness is multidimensional, incarnated into the third dimensional dream world as one of a multitudinous host of catalysts scattered throughout the universes. Inserting frequencies of remembrance, awakening to the total truth of what being human is; multi-dimensional intelligence, divine, eternal, omniscient, enjoying and expanding and remembering itself in matter, in form.

Catalysts strongly and irresistibly magnetize to each other and in meeting, blend frequencies, activating new frequencies in higher octaves. Only being attractive to and attracted to the most appropriate candidates whose hearts match, love partners are drawn together irresistibly. The attraction to each other is powerful, unmistakable and mutual. Combined and interacting consciously, merging sexually, human potential is fully developed through conscious sexual interaction, amplifying remembrance and broadcasting illusion-shattering frequencies of love and divinity.

Communities now arise which are intentional, educational, ecological, sustainable, inter-dimensional, international, creative, in service and dedicated to living simply in truth, practicing sacred sex and utilizing and sharing free energy. There is focus on co-operation, common sense, playfulness, mutual adoration, abundance, humor. The global and cosmic family cares for themselves, each other, the little ones, the animals, the plants, the environment, Gaia, the devas and the relationships with the invisible worlds. The cycles of stars and seasons are observed and celebrated, culture is varied and rich, resources are renewable and shared, all are honored for their uniqueness. Days are a combination of joyful, inspiring creativity, interacting in loving community and partnership and times of quiet solitude. Creative, intelligent teams and networks produce educational and artistic films, art and literature for teaching about sacred union, optimum health, free energy, many and all interests. All media reports honestly and fully. All vehicles run on water or air, all buildings are heated and lit with free energy. The entire world recognizes and utilizes its inherent wealth and all are well cared for.

When the body awakens, and consciousness is aware of itself within a form, the body feels refreshed, vibrant and the personality is alert, energized from the visit to dreamworlds, remembering lucid dreams. Consciousness is observant and ready to meet the day full of creativity and gratitude for having this wondrous opportunity to merge form with spirit.
